  • What is the best way to get into the hotel from airport, train station or Danang Central Bus station?

  • How long does it take to walk into the city center?

It takes about 20 minutes.You can walk across Han River Bridge and enjoy the beauty of Danang. Moreover, we have cheap bike rent service available for you to ride along the riverside and discover the city center with many coffee shops, restaurants, and especially stunning Dragon Bridge.

  • Where can I get flight, train or bus ticket?

Directly through our reception. Free boarding print is available for you.

  • How do I get to the airport?

By taxi. Or you can book our shuttle car or motorbike service (Xe Om) for cheaper price.

  • At which time can I check-in and have to leave?

In the hotel itself, after 12 PM, whenever you want if we have clean room available for you. From 2pm you can throw yourself into our wonderful ROBIN sheets in the room – but on departure day you should be out until 12pm, otherwise you will be surprised – from our houskeeping team. Should you need the room longer, no problem – we’re flexible. Just ask our reception team on site.

  • Will I be charged if I check out late?

Yes, you will.

1-2 hour equals 30% room rate. After 2PM, 50% of the room rate will be applied until 6 PM and after 6 PM, 100% of the room rate will be charged;

If you are not happy with this, then you can wait at our ROBIN KAFE or leave your luggage at the hotel and go around Danang until your departure. We are happy to store your luggage at no cost.


  • How can I protect my valuable belongings?

Easy! We recommend you using your safety deposit box in each room to protect your valuable things such as money, important document, camera… Please keep your belongings inside the locker before you head to the beach or city center. Please read the instruction to use the safe carefully.

  • Am I allowed to bring other people inside my hotel room?

Please notice our team due to the building’s safety. In Vietnamese law, unregistered visitors are not allowed in the guest after 10:00 pm. Our team will politely remind you after 10 PM and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding with this requirement.

  • What happen if I lost my door key card?

We will make you a new one which costs 150.000 VND.

  • In the case I lost my personal value, how can I claim?

We will check the camera to make sure if there is someone break in your room and contact the authority to solve your issue. The hotel is not responsible for your lost belongings so we recommend you bring your valuable belonging with you or keep them in our safety deposit box


  • Can I bring pet inside the room?

No pet is allowed. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

  • Am I allowed to smoke inside the hotel?

Robin is a completely smoking-free accommodation. We treasure our beloved guess’s safety and their comfort stay . Please notice that any violation against this rule will affect other guess and will be warned by our team. The worst case is you will be charged $50 if our remind does not work. However, we have tables and chairs in front of the hotel with fresh air for you to relax, have a drink and socialize with other travelers. And of course you can smoke in this area. How amazing is that?

  • How I can make a reservation?

Step 1: Easy! You can call our hotline, send us a message on Facebook or Instagram or email us. We will send booking confirmation (text or email) which includes our bank detail so that you can transfer money easily.

Step 2: 50% of total room rate should be transferred to within 7 days before your check in. We will send you our booking confirmation to you as soon as possible.

  • What if I can’t transfer money before my check-in time?

All deposit should be made 5 days prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee your reservation during high season or during weekend without deposit. However, we love our guess the same as our guess love us, we will try our best to arrange your stay if there are any rooms available.


  • How many days in advance should I cancel my booking?

Before 7 days (168 hours) before your check-in time – Free of charge. Within 7 days, 50% of the total room rate will be charged if you booked directly with us/ 100% of total room rate if you booked online sites. (*)

(*) Based on the time that we receive your phone call or time indication on email or message.

  • What is the best way to contact the hotel to cancel my booking?

The fastest way is calling our hotline, or simply left a message on Facebook or send us email. We will send you cancellation confirmation through text or email including the penalty and approximate time that we send back your money (if you book directly).

  • How long can I receive my money back?

We transfer money on working day right after you confirm your cancellation. We will send you email when we refund your money. You will receive your refund after few days.

  • What happen if I don’t show-up for check-in?

Your reservation will be automatically cancelled. You deposit will not be refunded.
